Q: Can I get a sports physical from a chiropractor?

A: No – Sports physicals must be completed by a MD, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner.

Q: How long is the physical good for?

A: All sports physical are good for one year following the date exam is performed.

Q: Can I give the physical to my coach?

A: No – Coaches will not accept physicals. Physicals must be uploaded in Home Campus account and/or turned in to the Athletics’ Office.
